Memory Timings and MHz?

Which is better 5-5-5-15 at 332.5 Mhz
or 5-5-5-18 at 400Mhz

Motherboard auto detects ram and sets it to 330 Mhz I have the option in the BIOS to select 400 Mhz

332.5 MHz Runs at 5-5-5-15
400 MHz Runs at 5-5-5-18


I was under impression lower TRAS was better, which would make system more stable/ Faster.

RAM is Corsair Dominator DDR2 1066mhz ( Board only supports 800MHz )

Lower timings/Higher Mhz = best situation.
The difference between those 2 configs isn't much TBH;however, the second config looks more logical to me(if it's stable on those timings/speed)
