Memory Timings/Optimization

Alrighty! So I want to optimize my timing/ratios between my ram and cpu. I am new at this and would appreciate any help you could offer me!

Here is my ram:

HyperX KHX16C9B1RK2/8X
DDR3 1600
Cas Latency 9
Voltage 1.65V

use cpu-z and compare the spd settings with the memory readings ajust timing to spd manually.

You need to do is to go into your BIOS and manually set the memory speed at DDR3-1600 and the timings at 9-9-9-24. If you built your own machine, this should be easy, just hit F2 or Esc or whatever key gets you into the BIOS setup and go change the speed settings.

Most Intel chipset motherboards will do this automatically as there is an extension to SPD that lets the manufacturer add additional information.

What motherboard do you have?

And I would also suggest you a third party tool such as "Chily Registry Cleaner" will improve your computer speed. This software defrag and compact the registry and create backups for registry security, if in case the registry gets corrupt, virus attacked.
