Question Memory Unable to run at rated speed.

4x8gb team T force Delta RGB 3000mhz
Ryzen 5 2600

Hey All,
I recently upgraded to 32gb ram from 16, buy buying another of the same kit. However I was unable to make it run at its rated speed, 3000mhz, although when I had 16gb this was fine.
I've tried dialing in the respective CAS timings and voltages and also the XMP profiles but to no avail. Also tried 2933mhz as thats the rated speed for the R5 2600. The memory refuses to boot unless its at auto settings with 2400mhz and timings 16-16-18-39, when its rated timings are 16-18-18-38.

Even with identical kits they may not work well together which is why they are sold in kits that have been tested to work together.
