Your RAM kit is not listed on the Compatibility list for your motherboard so you may have to try and run it at 2133 Mhz and see if that works.

I would try leaving just one stick in slot A2 and see if that stick passes a Memtest86 test:

If it does then switch the other stick into slot A2 and see if that stick passes as well.
If either stick gives Any errors then you will know that stick is faulty and needs to be RMA'd.

Creating a bootable USB drive

For Windows:

- Plug in your USB drive.
- Launch the included ImageUSB application (imageUSB.exe).
- Select your USB drive from the list (Step 1).
- Select 'Write image to USB drive' (Step 2)
- If it is not already selected, select the included image file (Step 3).
- Click 'Write' (Step 4).

After accepting a few more prompts this should give you a working
bootable USB drive.

Then Boot from that USB stick and run the test.
