Alright so, about two days ago I was playing a game when mY PC crashed, I rebooted it and went to task manager to find out the my memory usage was reaching heights of 90% and was going no lower than 70% and my disk usage would randomly spike from 1-5% to 100%. I ran a Malware and virus scan and my pc turned out clean. I'm not too sure what's going on here so any help would be greatly appreciated.
