[SOLVED] Memory usage high

So i just built my pc almost two weeks ago and ive been having issued with memory usage being high, at first start it idles about 50-55% and as soon as i open google chrome it jumps to around 74% ive disabled everything on start up and watch many videos and read many forums but yet cant figure out the issue. I cant game at all because memory jumps to 87-90% and freezes up. This is my first ever pc build and i want to use it to stream on mixer and play games like destiny 2, csgo, and COD. Ive even updated my bios and checked all drives and im on windows 10 pro 64bit.

If you have 32 gigabytes of RAM, you should be sitting at max 10% used when at desktop. Is your memory recognized? Have you somehow lowered the amount Windows sees? https://www.ilovefreesoftware.com/22/windows-10/specify-maximum-physical-memory-used-windows-10.html If you done anything like that, revert it, remove it.

Are the sticks in all the way? Is CPU and Cooler seated correctly? I think if you screw on the cooler too hard, you can get weird memory issues.

Ok when i goto system config and goto boot advanced options maximum memory box is checked and its set to 0. Sticks are in all the way and the cpu is screwed all the way in.

i unchecked the box and restarted and now my pc idles around 8% way better that 50% or higher. I really appreciate your help!
