Memory usage maybe to high i dont know just eorried help

My computer has 8gb of ram and is using 17% inbox me and 25 to 30 when I'm gaming just worried it might be high but I have 31 background programs running in the back and 36 when I game depends on game just worried if it's to high or if it good I need help

Don't worry, gaming takes up memory. Even depends what games you play, but put your mind at rest, You're good.
