memory with lowered frequency

hey guys, i have a Kingston HyperX8GB 1600MHZ DDR3 Non-ECC (8KHX1600C10D3/8G)

and it's running at 1066mhz http://prntscr.com/68d4j6
so whats happening? this is AMD Overdrive

Go into BIOS and set manually to 1600, look in BIOS for DOCP or maybe XMP or EOCP and enable that, then select 1600

I see in one of the pics mentioned "single channel" i.e "Canal: single" ->overdrive. ,dual channel would be just a bit better.Would be made possible by keeping one slot between the sticks or use same colored slots.
