Question Memory XMP Profile Boot Crash

Whenever I put my XMP profile to Profile 1 (XMP) It always crashes at boot. My cpu is a i7-3770. its not a K version. Is that why?

Motherboard: Intel DQ77MK
Ram: x2 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ
SSD/HDD: 1TB but Idk what its called lol some Hitachi [vulgarity redacted by moderator]
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
PSU: CiT ATX-500W
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard. The next thing you will need to do is replace the PSU with something more reliable.
