Hi, I can get 2GB of RAM from tigerdirect of OCZ for $25 after rebate or I could get 2GB of RAM of crucial for $44. Which one would you guys get?

Go with RAM that is on your motherboard's qualified vendor list. You will thank yourself when your computer boots up and the RAM doesn't get errors down the road.

How would I find that info out. Mobo is d945gtp.
