Hi everyone,

I’m current using an Asus Zenbook UX430UA, the specs are i5 8250U, 8GB, 512GB SSD.

My laptop originally came with 256GB, but I swap the drive for an 512GB drive and reinstall Windows a month ago. Since then, my laptop continuously crashed with MEMORY_MANAGEMENT error (2 times a day lately).

I’ve tried:
  • Running sfc /scannow (result return no violation).
  • Run Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool (no error).
  • Update Windows to latest version.
  • Run chkdsk.
  • Analyze the .dmp files with WhoCrashed (no useful infos).
None of them have worked so far. What should I do in this situation? Here's my .dmp files.

Thank you for reading my question. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Run memtest86.
It boots from a usb stick and does not use windows.
You should be able to complete a full pass with NO errors.

Since your only change was the ssd and the windows reinstall, that is likely where the problem is.
Go to the asus web site and download and install all of the drivers for your particular laptop.
They may be different from the stock windows drivers.

You could also check that your bios levels are current.

Yes, I've installed all the driver for the laptop. I tried running Driver Verifier according to this Microsoft Forum Post yesterday, but the laptop can't seem to boot with verifier on.

Yes, I have the latest BIOS installed.
