MEMORY_MANAGEMENT Bsod on Optiplex 755

So recently i have been getting the bsod MEMORY_MANAGEMENT on my old optiplex 755 the last time i got this error was 2 times today so i decided to try to ask all of you helpful people on the fourm. My optiplex 755 has an intel core 2 quad with 3 Gb of ram and a 350GB Hdd Any suggestions of fixing would be greatly appreciated. If you need any information just ask down below.

Boot into service mode, and execute Dell Test utilities. They will tell you whether the RAM is OK.

Another (blind) shot: You might have bad capacitors on the motherboard.

I am currently doing memtest from windows and it says Hardware Problems Were Detected Please Contact Your Computer Provider to identify and fix these issues.

When this is done i will check for any popped compactors on the board

Results came up and said my computer has a memory issue but it didnt go into the extent of the problem, I have checked all the compactors and they dont seem to be popped so i am wondering if i have a stick of ram that has went bad i really hope this isnt the issue 🙁
