I've recently built a new pc, and installed windows 7 ultimate 64 bit as the OS. I tried upgrading to windows 10, but after it installs, the memory_management error keeps popping up. I also can't acces safe mode, because the same error will ocure. I've tried anthing, from changeing the OS to use sfc/scannow, memory diagnostic tool, take one stick of ram out a time, changeing the voltage in BIOS...and the error still persists, are there an chances that my ram is bad? or might the processor be the problem?

SPECS: Intel i7 6700k
AsRock z170 pro4/d3
Kingstone HyperX Fury 1600GHz, cl10, ddr3
geforce tx 960 OC

Should I just by new ram memory? Or is somthing else at fault?
I'm currently running win7 ultimate 64 bit...and it has no problems

Solution
run http://www.memtest86.com/ on each stick of ram at a time, you don't want any errors in the test.

It can happen that ram will work fine on win 7 and show errors on win 10.
