Question Memory_management

Hi!
Recently upgraded my pc with asrock b450 pro4, and ryzen 2600 and corsair vengeance lpx 2x8 3000mhz. After assembling, and starting the pc I saw that the memory is running only on 2133mhz. I tried to set it on 3000mhz, then my pc restarted and blue screened with Memory_management error.
Cant fix it, and even cant get access to windows.
What can I do to fix this problem and set 3000mhz for my ram?

Are both of your RAM modules bought from the same physical pack?
Are they installed into your motherboard as per the motherboard manual? - Slots A2 and B2.
Are you able to set it to 2933? As this is the frequency that RAM will go to on Pinnacle Ridge.

Yes, they are the same, I tried to set 2933 but I got the same problem

Presumably it works perfectly fine at the lower speed?

When you're trying to set the speed to 3000 MHz are you doing so by enabling the XMP (or DOCP) profile? Or just setting the frequency and nothing else?
