Question Memtest 86 test 4 error. Faulty RAM or CPU?

Hello Guys 'n' Gals!

I got an error in pass 8/8 ( did 2 times 4/4) in test 4.

It states: Error
Does that mean my sixth CPU core is the problem or is it still the RAM itself?

"is it still the RAM itself" assumes the readers know of some former event.

Generally any errors in MemTest86, you should return the entire kit under warranty for replacement.

Sorry I should have written the whole problem.
While gaming the games often crash and after starting the Computer I have visual lags (mainly with videos or gifs) and sometimes audio distortion. This also starts when I try to troubleshoot audio or network problems.

If I try to restart while this lagging occurse the restart itself takes forever, in the end I have to press the power button or else it's stuck (alread tried it for one and a half hour). If I try to shut it down instead of restart the monitor goes black and it seems fine, but the fans (2 front 1 back and CPU fan) are still running, the RGB parts are also still on.

I thought this might be my GPU (Radeon RX 5700) and I sent it back and I got a replacement.
Meanwhile I used a GTX 980 and everything worked fine.

After getting my replacement the exact same problems occured a view days later.
