Memtest 86 test shows ram as passed but aida 64 and prime 95 shows error

So I build my pc a month ago and from first run on wards I am facing stability issues such as crashing in games , BSOD and gpu driver crashing. First I thought that its the GPU or the PSU but yesterday when i test my PC using aida 64 it shows cpu and gpu as passed but when I test RAM it shows faulty hardware detected.
I have tested the Ram overnight using memtest 86 and it shows passed , I didn't overclocked any component in my pc.
Please, if anyone can help, greatly appreciated
Specs:
ryzen 3 1200
corsair vengeance 3000mhz ram
asrock b350 motherboard
antec 550watt PSU
Zotac gtx 1050ti oc

Are you runing the ram at it's rated speed? You could try taking it off DOCP, and setting timings/voltage etc manually. Sometimes this helps.

If it passed memtest overnight, IMO it's pretty stable. Try updating AIDA first and run benches again.

I am running the RAM at bios default 2133 mhz (default timings) and aida 64 is also latest (5.98.4800) . I have also tried different speeds and timings but aida 64 and prime 95 both fails.

Have you used to DOCP to set timings? Have you tried manually setting them?
