memtest spitting out a lot of errors all of a sudden

memtest saying i have alot of errors all of a sudden on dual booted machine (ubuntu 16.04&&windows 10)

Reset any overclocks on RAM and CPU. Retest one DIMM at a time. If you purchased your RAM as a set, you will have to RMA the whole set to get the manufacturer to replace it.
