Memtest86 and memory Test

It is possible that Memtest86 4.20 doesn't detect errors in bad memory ?

My problem is that I have randoms shutdowns and I think memory it´s the cause.

Unlikely, and since you have Corsair sticks, Super-Unlikely.
Monitor your temps, those could cause shutdowns.
