(I ll make this very short.) PROBLEM= Fps stutter/microdrops in games.
PC Specs= Z370-P motherboard. i5 8600k CPU. gtx 1070Ti. SSD & HDD.

Anyone know if this is my RAM or CPU or maybe motherboard???
Im not sure if you can tell the problem by it. my other memtest86 results were also error at "CPU 2."
I have turned in my PC for troubleshooting but according to them they could not find any flaws in my PC.
Please help.

You test each RAM stick individually.
And then in each slot.
Hopefully the fail pattern emerges.
Either the fail move with a RAM stick, or stays with a particular RAM slot.

memtest needs to complete with ZERO fails.

So it might not be the CPU or Motherboard?
Note also sometimes I can run memtest for 6h without any error

It "might be" anything.
Until you discover the actual problem, all options are on the table.
