Question Memtest86 keeps loading when trying to reinstall W10

I am trying to install/reinstall W10 the SSD was formated and cleaned
The W10 installation file was downloaded (from MS) to a clean USB
Trouble is every time I try to boot from the USB to install W10 MemTest86 starts running.

I can't get to the w10 installation file.

If the SSD drive is empty and the only program on the thumb drive is W10 installation why is the MemTest86 running.
How do I stop or delete this memtest86
Moreover where the he'll is it

how did you create the bootable win10 installation?

Memtest is usually installed to a bootable USB. Did you pull that stick? Did you accidentally install memtest to the drive?
