I built a new pc a couple of weeks ago. It's worked fine up until the last couple of days, some programs are not responding and I'm getting occasional BSODs (page fault in nonpage area). I'm running memtest86 right now, it's doing test #9 at the moment, I'm not sure how long it's going to take. Anyway, so far it's found about 1 million errors and 0 pass. Surely my memory can't be completely broken, the computer works (mostly). What should I do?

windows 7 64bit
i7-3770k
asus sabertooth z77 mboard
2x4gb corsair vengeance low profile

I think the memory voltages are automatically set by the motherboard.

use 4GB ram at a time...try and see if its ok, maybe one of your RAM is broken. Make sure earth yourself to discharge static electricity before touch anything inside your computer...

I would try one stick at a time and make sure you are using the correct voltages that the memory needs. Don't count on the motherboard to set the correct voltages/timings.
