Memtest86 result interpretation

Hi guys
Can any one please help in interpreting the following memtest86 results and guide me if I need to change my RAM stick ot not.

Were you running each stick individually in the same slot? That is the best way to determine if you have a bad stick of RAM. But if you suspect the RAM is faulty, that error is probably the result. I always accept 0 errors as OK. Any error at all is suspect. Multiple errors are a sure sign of faulty RAM.

What mobo, CPU and model of the DRAM? Is the DRAM set to spec - if at wrong settings can show errors
