MemTest86 shows error, is it OK to keep using the RAM since Windows is running fine.

My system :
intel i3 2120
asrock H61M-VS 2.0 matx
corsair CMV4GX3M1A1333C9 4gb
galax oc gtx 1060 3gb
cooler master gx 550w
Windows 7 ultimate SP1 64bit

My system is running just fine, even when gaming no problem. The main problem is whenever i tried to install games, i kept getting unarc error code ## while decompressing files. Also this unarc error always happen when installing big size games (just cause 3, hitman) but for small size games (kof IV, old Cod) sometimes i managed to install it.

So i ran windows memory diagnostic and got error. Then i ran memtest86 v4.3.7 and got error:160 after pass:2. I swapped the ram to the second slot and currently running memtest and already got 44 errors in pass:1. Thus i think my Ram is faulty.

I am currently on budget and are saving money for new system, probably will upgrade to ryzen 3 after 3/4 months from now. The price of ddr3 ram is quite unreasonable right now hence i intend to keep the ram. I would like to know is it safe to keep using the RAM?

Solution
Safe, yes. Safe for the electronics, that is. But you risk losing data and getting crashes. If that is acceptable to you, fine. Might try running the RAM at higher latency. Maybe that will help.
In my opinion, not OK.
You have no idea what corruption might occur, and it may not be noticed for a long time.
Corsair has a lifetime warranty on ram.
Contact them for a replacement.

If it is essential that you keep using the pc, they might be able to send you a replacement using a credit card hold.

Till now all my files are still fine and rarely crashes after 1 month(maybe) from the time when I first discovered this issue. I uses this PC only for gaming and storing a lot of movies/games in second 2TB HDD. Nothing really important stuffs. The only thing bothering me is that its difficult to install any game. Why i should try running the RAM at higher latency? Is it for stability or what?

I live in Malaysia. I dont know very well how to ask for RMA here, plus I think its easier for me to just find a replacement stick. I found a used Kingston 1333 4GB for 20USD(after conversion). Not sure whether I should pick it as I really want to save money for ryzen system (ryzen3+A320+4Gb=250usd) in 2/3 month from now.

Yes. But it is just a guess; a possible stop-gap fix that may or may not work. If you enter BIOS and change the timing to a higher (CAS) latency, or CL... it may slow down the RAM speed enough to keep from getting errors.
