Memtest86+ won't work

I'm using windows 8 64 bit. I put it on my usb and changed the boot order so the actual program loads up fine. The problem is that nothing on the screen changes, I've left it on for 20 mins but there is no activity or progress at all.

The exe file is not booting.

This guy found it easy. Just remember to format the usb as fat32.

Thank guys im gonna download it right away but one question, Do I run it with all of my ram in my computer or do test one stick at a time? Also on average how long should it take for me to know the results?

All memory sticks and at least give it a few hours for approx 6 passes.
