My screen fits fine, theres no overhang, but there are programs that have windows that are unsizable that don't fit. Am I simply screwed and stuck to deal with this? I've tried everything from changing resolutions, reinstalling drivers etc. Anyone have a solution?

No one has any idea what you are talking about. You need to explain what you are doing, what resolution you are using, what programs you are using etc. Where re these menus from?

Its random on what program it is. My resolution is 1366 by 768. I'm using an AOC tv as my monitor. Every once in a while there will be a program that has a menu that simply is too long for my screen and goes past the bottom where my mouse can't reach. The Menus are unsizable but they obviously aren't supposed to work that way. Anything else I need to explain?

With the additional information I can say that your issue is probably overscan or underscan which are usually fixed via a slider in your graphics software.

I'm not sure what kind of graphics hardware you have it will be AMD, NVidia or Intel probably. Determine whhc it is and seach on a search engine of your choice for overcan settings for your graphics software. It's usually fixed by adjusting a slider.
