Question merc 6650xt help

hello i just recived a merc 6650xt gpu i have upgraded windows/gpu but games are unplayable even on low settings in warzone 2 scum rust and rest of my library of games i am at 30 to 50 fps on low to very low settings i not sure what going on my old 1080 could play these games on high to ultra settings and be in 80 to 100 fps

my system is ryzen 5600x
merc 6650xt
32gig ram
1 tb hard drive will upgrade to ssd
700w psu

now i see on youtube that this card is suppost to be on par with a 3060 iv seen fps on my games on youtube on high settings or more with great fps please help me understand what im doing wrong

Did you do a CLEAN install/update of the AMD GPU drivers after removing the NVidia drivers (although these two shouldn't conflict with each other) ? What is the CPU and GPU TEMP value while gaming ?

Exact Model number/brand of your 700 Watts PSU ?
