Merging ethernet and WiFi router network

I have this ethernet cable which I directly pluginto my computer and am able to access the computers connected to the ethernet network. To be able to access Internet, I have to loginto web based UI with credentials my ISP has provided. The local IP which ISP provides me follows 172.16.30.xxx pattern. And I can't use my credentials on more than one IP at same time.

I recently purchased a TP-Link wireless router. I simply plug my ethernet cable to blue-coloured WAN port in the router, and use cable from yellow-coloured port to connect my PC with router.

Now the issue is, after doing so, I can access devices and computer which are connected to my router's wifi network, but I can not access computers which are part of the ethernet network which I used to access earlier.

Connecting ethernet cable into yellow port instead of blue coloured one fixes the problem. Doing so will allow me to not only access computers on router's network but also on ethernet network.
But there is an issue. For this to work, I have to disable DHCP option in router, and have to set router's LAN IP to 172.16.30.xxx type. This isn't a big problem, but now I can't use two devices using same connections.

Suppose if I am using internet from my PC, my PC is assinged IP 172.16.30.200. Now I need to visit WEB UI of ISP and provide my login credentials and i can start using internet. But if I have to use Internet through wifi on my tablet, then when I connect with router through tablet, my tablet is assinged IP - 172.16.30.207. Now here starts the problem. My ISP doesn't allow me to use my login credentials on two different IPs. So even if I am able to access local network, I can't connect with internet through two devices at same time.

I don't know how to configure my router such that all the devices connecting to router get same IP.

It should work to use the wan port....unless the ISP is very smart and does special things to prevent a router.

Is your problem that you hook up the wan port and only your wireless devices get internet or are you asking about traffic between the wired and wireless devices.

By connecting ethernet cable to WAN port, I can access internet, from my PC as well as through devices over wifi network. But my concern is not related to internet connectivity, it's related to network and file sharing. What I am trying to resolve is, when I connect ethernet cable to WAN port, I can not see PC connected to the ethernet network. I can only see PCs connected to my Wifi network.

You should be able to see pc you connect to the lan ports and the wireless. They are all on one network subnet. There maybe a option turned on related to wireless isolation but it normally does not prevent wireless to lan issues. There may be firewall rules in some device also. It is really hard to say most times the lan ports and the wireless ports can all talk with no restrictions.

Now if you mean you are trying to use network devices on the WAN side of the network you are going to have to connect to those via a ip address.

Yes, you are correct. All the devices which are connected with router's lan are visible. But I actually want to access devices on the "WAN" side. Can you please guide me with the process ?

I know IP of the devices, else I can use Port Scanner to find active devices but isn't there anyway so that all the devices may automatically appear in "Network" on my PC. I don't like manually connecting to PCs by using their IP.

When I insert ethernet cable in LAN port instead of WAN port(blue colored one), all the PCs from Ethernet Side start appearing in "Network"
