Merging folders with the same name from two different compters

Tom Hi,
I work on two different computers using windows 10; why two? depends on office or home.
I want to merge all folders and files of the same name keeping only the latest versions.
I dont have a NAS drive at the moment.
How can I do it...preferably for free but also efficently.

FreeFileSync or SyncBackFree or SyncToy would seem to be what you're looking for.
