merging my windows c to my data d drive.

I wanted to merge my windows c drive with my dater D drive, as my works been saving itself on both and i have just now accidentally while trying to figure this out deleted my d drive. if i could just get help getting my d drive back i would be thank full.

2 partitions, the C and the D
The C has the OS, the D had some random data.
You merged them.

and that wiped out what was on the D?
And now you want that data back?

Is this correct?

1. Never ever mess around with the partitions without a good backup
2. Never ever turn the PC on without a good backup


3. You need to make a good backup of the current situation before proceeding.
Then, an application like TestDisk might maybe recover that partition. You'll need another drive to recover to.
