Hi,
If someone is able to help me, i would be glad.
I'm not used to describe these kind of problems so i joined a video so you could see what happens ;
View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lcPUyzNTgQ8

The artifacts appearing on Obra Dinn have a rhythm ; it happens for a few second, stops for the next few seconds then it comes back, depending on what i'm looking at in the game. Using HWD Monitor while playing Obra Dinn, i noticed the GPU clock's use spikes at 7000Mhz when these artifacts appears (and it's at 1300Mhz when functioning corectly). It's only noticeable on Obra Dinn since the game isn't very demanding. On M&B Bannerlord, these spikes/artifacts only appear in closed spaces like keeps.

They also appear on certain pieces of equipement. Also, i didn't add this on the video but League Of Legend and Teamfights Tactics sometimes crash while playing and the message is that it's caused by the GPU driver. I used DDU, flashed my bios, reinstalled the drivers, used other drivers versions but it didn't change anything...

I don't really know when it began but i'm sure i didn't have these problems when i got my computer. (~2y ago)
If you got a hunch about resolving this, i would be grateful

Specs are the following :
Processor : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core Processor
GPU : NVDIA GeForce RTX 2060
RAM : 32 Go
Motherboard : Gigabyte X570 Gaming X

Thanks in advance

Solution
those are computation errors which card does when its running above its overclocking potential (or when it gets older and hardware degrades)

you can tweak your GPU boost clocks with msi afterburner
to see if your card produces errors use kombustor
