Meshify c with a Kraken x52

I am trying to verify if the Kraken x52 will work in my case as an exhaust on the top two slots. I know from the manual that a 240mm aio will fit, but my mobo needs to have 40mm clearance. I cant find this info anywhere. I am getting the ASUS TUF z390 plus gaming mobo. I know that in the front might be a better option, but I wanted to make sure I had the option to test on the top. I am also planning on getting Corsair Vengence RGB DDR4 ram. Im not sure if that will cause an issue either.
