message on welcome screen

I am getting this strange message on my husbands account
when we log in, i cant tell you it all says as it counts
down.
Its on the lines of, windows cannot log into this
account...........but is logging in by default, its in a
small box after he clicks his name on the welcome screen
then a little clocks ticks down and you have to click ok

Hi Jayne,

His profile is corrupted, there is little if anything you can do to save it.
Log on to the system as administrator (in Home systems you must do this in
Safe mode), create a new profile for him and copy his old data and settings
to it. See this for details on how, as it will preserve the bulk of his
profile:
