Messed up game colors

I have bought an acer nitro 5 recently.
The specs: Amd Ryzen 5 2500U+Vega 8 graphics
Amd radeon rx 560x 4gb
Full hd ips screen.
1TB HDD
I use the latest amd drivers but i get this screen in multiple games but some of them are fine.
I attached a screenshot of mafia 2 i only get the error in fullscreen windowed is fine.

Ouch, that looks painful. if Windowed mode is okay, I assume it is a driver-side problem.
If you are able to, maybe boot into safe mode, use Display Driver Uninstaller, and do a clean installation of a slightly older driver? I currently own the same Nitro 5 and experience no such problem.
If the problem persists you may just have to get another one. Problems like that should be covered under warranty.
