Messed up msconfig

Home build Win 7 pro, as rock 970X4, amd fx8150, 16gb memory, raid 1 off rocket raid 620 with two wd red hard drives. running fine but very slow to start. changed msconfig and now I can not boot into windows. tried everything I know how to do. Help please

No luck with safe mode? I don't know which things you know how to do!

thought I was ok at setting up and running a pc but followed a web advice on changing number of cores in msconfig to speed up startup now it won't boot. tried getting into safe mode drivers load but that is all.

FYI, the default setting for Windows is ALL cores which speeds up booting. That setting is only meant for trouble-shooting and should be left unchecked.

Use the DVD to do a startup repair.
