Messed up my audio's registry entry need help

I couple days ago, I caught the nastiest malware I've ever seen. it even managed to embed itself into safe mode. long story short I had to fight my way to reg edit and delete anything linking to the infected .exe. while in reg edit i noticed i had A lot of entries that were no longer needed so i ran glary utilities.

after I removed the remnants of the nasty virus via malware bytes and AVG. I realized I no longer have sound. I found the registry entries for my realteck HD audio and they are empty. Does anyone know a way to fix this? I backed up my registry wrong (it only backed exported the entry I was viewing at the time.

First use anyone of following tool & remove old Realtek driver entries
