Messed up screen colours on some resolutions

Ever since the latest windows 10 upgrade, the colours on my display have been messed up if I use certain resolutions.
I was happily using 1366x768, but now when I use this (or some other ones) the colours and mostly inverted and kinda trippy looking. I tried to take a screenshot but that came out normal.
However if I go to the nvidia display settings and use any of the 'Ultra HD, HD, SD' resolutions they look fine, expect none of them fit my screen. I'm currently using 1176x664 as it just about fits!

My GPU drivers are up to date.
Specs:
GPU - GeForce GTX MSI 1060
Monitor Samsung 32” F4000 (plugged into to GPU via HDMI)
OS - Windows 10

Why are you using a fast video card on a low resolution TV? At least get a 1080 set if you want to use a 32" TV as a monitor, those older 720 sets have a horrible time with computer use for the most part. I have had a few and never got a very good result using a digital connection.

See if your TV has options in HDMI to change to "computer" or maybe "VGA" or something similar.

Very good point...when i built my PC i never considered the monitor, i just stuck with the one I've had for years as its a good size!
I'll try changing tv options but will start thinking about a new monitor!
