Messenger 7.5 and Printer driver

Hi!

A friend of mine uses MSN messenger 7.5 and had no problems with it until he install his HP ALL IN ONE Printer driver. Now he can not log unto MSN 7.5, although he can use version 7.0 perfectly. Any ideas???
