At heavy duty server stores. usually running at 24 or even 110v , heavy, noisy and vibrate, some going to 10 000 RPM

For the sake of change, and higher quality materials. Plastic = cheap, so I don't care if they cost more. Also more environmentally friendly, to NOT create more plastic.
