Question Metallicgear Neo-G Missing I/O Cables?

I recently bought the Neo-G and found out that the front I/O cables for the power button etc. connect directly to the power supply. I didn't receive a cable to connect the I/O to the motherboard header. Was this an error on their part or am I missing something?

They should be on the motherboard tray but sometimes you need to pop the front cover off and find them tucked there but you should definitely have them!

This is what I appear to be missing and I've checked every area of the case.
