I just noticed on steam that its for $5.... For those of you that didn't know, go check steam if you are interested. So, should I get it or not?

Heres my computer specs:
Intel core i7 2600 (non-k)
8GB DDR3 RAM - 1333 MHz
AMD Radeon HD 6770

Any ideas what settings will i be playing and how much FPS will i get? And should I get the game or not? Any suggestions or comments will be appreciated, thanks.

$5 is a steal. Good game. Your system should be able to run it at modest settings. Your GPU looks like it will be limiting, but should still be able to play it well enough at medium-ish settings. See the benchmark linked below (note the benchmarks have the settings turned up pretty high so see the note at the bottom about more modest in-game settings).

Solution
you can find it all over the web cheaper than on steam most of the time. but it will likely be on sale again very soon so just wait for it to appear again...
yes its worth it. i wouldnt say its worth the full price as there are some things that spoil the game (its optimized poorly when higher filters are used and the gunplay leaves a lot to be desired). but its well worth 5 bux.

Yes...the game has atmosphere like no other. If you have the computer to swing it, it looks glorious in DX11/Ultra settings. The lighting in particular is very impressive....when you're outside, it has that white, reflective look that makes you almost feel the bitter cold.

The sound design was also very good. The music, ambient / environmental noises, and monster sounds were great. Nothing like being in a dark corridor and hearing the roar of a nosalis right behind you. Gun sounds could have been better, but they weren't bad.

I have no beef with linear / story-driven games when they are done this well.

But, it requires a credit card when you buy it. I don't want to put my parents credit card for it.

Ugh okay like this website, you can get free stuff by doing surveys. It's also at my signature. But you can't order amazon download items, which it sucks. The only way I can get is by amazon gift cards, but you still need a credit card when you get it. That's the problem.

I don't understand this.

So you're trying to find an online distributor that doesn't require a credit / debit card type of system for payment.

Have you considered buying a pre-paid credit card to make online purchases with?

No, I don't really think i can buy that. What if I put my parents credit card, put a $5 amazon gift card on my account, when I buy it, will it be my parent's monthly bill for the credit card?

Yes it will be in their monthly bill (though it would say $5 amazon gift card or something similar), why not just ask them if you could buy it? $5 should not be too much and surely you could do some kind of chores to make up for it if it is.
