Question Metro exodus a lot drop frames

first off specs
i5 3570
gtx 1060 3gb zotac
8 gb ram
the game runs at about 70--80 fps but in new places it drops frames a lot and has spikes but when im in combat i lafs hard i have like 10-15 frames
can someone tell me why

what the cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
what the ram usage?
