Metro Last Light FPS Stutter problem.

Anyone know how I can fix this problem.

I have 2 670 SC in SLI
and a i5 2500k CPU

have you tried dl the newest drivers from nvidia?

if not follow this

dl and install http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/display_driver_uninstaller_download.html
power down
power up into safe mode
uninstall graphic drivers new and old using tool
power down
power up into windows
go to nvidias site to dl drivers

I do have the newest driver but I haven't tried the method you suggest. Ill give it a shot now.

also after you install new drivers, if it doesnt fix it, disable crossfire and see if it still persists and do you have a dedicated sound card

First solution worked perfectly. I've been at this for about 24hrs now trying numerous different things, and it was something as simple as just doing a fresh erase and install.
