Mflash says there isn't any thing on the windows usb

When I tried to install windows ten on my new computer, mflash said that there wasn't anything on the windows ten flash drive. It said "there isn't any BIOS in this USB KEY" There might be nothing on it , but I just got it from best buy.

That's not how you install window 10. The Mflash is for updating your motherboard bios.
You want the motherboard to boot to the usb to start the window 10 installation.
