[SOLVED] MFS2020 frame rate problems with decent system ?

Me and my dad have been playing quite a lot of fs2020 and have just noticed that the fps from the last update dropped from 40 plus on medium settings to 14 on the lowest setting that we can go I have everything full updated and it is driving us crazy.

PC specs:

Asus tuf x450 Mobo
ryzen 7 2700
rtx 2070
16 gb of ddr4 2666mhz ram
Samsung 870evo ssd
3660 x 1440p ultra wide monitor
