" MFT and MFT mirror are bad. Failed to repair them " (TestDisk) - Boot Drive HDD

Hello, dear and overwhelming community,

So here I am, I have been working on this problem for quite the time now, and I have to admit that it never crossed my mind at first that I would ever have to create a thread about it (which is actually the first one I ever write, so if I'm doing anything wrong like mistaken category, wrong title or anything, PLEASE just tell me).

Let - me - explain, the situation :
Here is the thing; who in the world knows why in the world it happened, but apparently switching SATA cables from my Main Boot Drive destroyed everything (no need to say that I tried all possibilities to get it in the same exact position it was in its original ecosystem with its original cables in their original directions).

I'll try to list things as clearly as possible:

_First thing that I noticed, before the drive stopped being functional, is that it wouldn't let me clone it on a new SDD due to this mind-wrecking "Corrupt MFT", after trying a bunch of times and not really paying attention because everything else seemed to work well (no results with the 'chkdsk' command), I decided to forget and decided I would just copy paste the ProgramFiles and Users folders.
_Then, after switching this precious Main Boot Drive to a new faster rig to paste the folders on the new SSD, Windows (10) wouldn't boot up, I don't clearly remember but it was a sequence of blue screens with sad faces everywhere 🙁, it just tried to reboot again and again in vain
_Then after booting on the new SSD, I started feeling concerned as the HDD (Main Boot Drive in question) wouldn't let itself be opened in the explorer saying "E:\ is not accessible The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.". I then immediately checked on the Windows Disk Manager, and the HDD appeared as "" RAW "", this is the moment I switched full-time Hard Drive Surgeon
_I think I'm safe saying that I watched and read 80% of all the videos and threads about corrupted Master File Tables and how to 'repair' them; I spent a whole time trying to get the 'chkdsk' command working; if I remember well at first it started to analyse and repair but it wouldn't pass a couple minutes before saying that it was a failure due to the Master File Table (this was probably still before it stopped working when I was trying to clone it), and now it just doesn't recognize it (which is really bad I know, but it's still in the Disk Manager as RAW).
_Then came the whole TestDisk adventures, here are the results; first, after selecting it, according to the program (autodetect), the partition table is: " [None ] Non partitioned media " (I also tried the other ones like Intel and stuff without any result), then the analyse seems to get it right, but when adventuring into Advanced, and the Boot, this is what it says:
Boot sector Status : OK
Backup boot sector Status : OK
Sectors are identical
And the "Repair MFT" tool just gives the tragic error: "MFT and MFT mirror are bad. Failed to repair them."
_At this point, I tried to go for the "Image Creation" tool of TestDisk and ended up mounting this image.dd that was just as corrupted as the original one, exact same Partition that wouldn't get opened in Explorer, only difference is that it was virtual.

I think I've tried a lot at this point by myself that I can only hope to get helped by others, I already tried to recover data with some third party softwares but the thing is that I'm only interested by the ProgramFiles(x86), ProgramData, and Users folders, which end up being a big mess (disorder) or have duplicates inside the duplicates folders (another big mess) or just not being usable as even after installing the programs, they will not recognize the copy pasted folders in the ProgramFiles...

So PLEASE for the sake of anything that we have in common, help...
This is the part where I try to still y'all's heart by saying things that you think are futile but are sadly true for me, the last thing that I can hope to do is to send it to a specialized disk laboratory that told me being confident about giving me back the Windows Image of the drive. If only it was that simple right? The f-thing is that I'm not that old and that I'll legit have to sell my car to afford this solution. Which I'm sure would be quite a big decision for anyone, but I hope you'll have understood by now that I would not be considering all of this if this if this gdmn drive wasn't that important for me.

Thank you all, for all your precious time.

There are other consumer level data recovery tools. But if...
OK...you have an apparently dead drive.
It failed the clone operation, which it would if it is dead/dying.

What OS is this?
Is there any really really critical data on it? Critical, meaning your spouse will leave you or your boss will fire you?

The more you mess with it, the less likely you are to get any relevant data.

ProgramFiles, etc...those are just applications. They can easily be reinstalled. Same with the OS.

Where is your backup of this?

Thank you for taking the time to answer,

Those are really scary words you are using hey, but I guess I'll have to start considering it by now
No need to get into details but I truly rely on and depend of that drive, I can only blame myself being too lazy to get some proper Windows Backup
I'm aware of the easiness and the benefits of starting with a fresh OS, but what I want are all the saves, projects, project bones and extensions of the programs, mainly for the innumerable amount of plugins of those different platforms and softwares I have been cumulating for years, these is all on me, but I would do anything to repair my mistakes

Thank you again sir for your answer

There are other consumer level data recovery tools. But if TestDisk failed....anything else is likely to fail as well.

Some free, some only actually recover with $$.

"softwares I have been cumulating for years"
Backups. Do that. Starting now.

Solution
Thank you again, sir, I've already gone for different recovery tools already and all of them don't keep any structure which is pointless in my case, however, I'll give a go to the 2 others that you pointed, thanks again

And thank you too for your guide on how to BackUp our data
I used to do it but just gave up when I was out of additional storage, and then when I got my hands on a new HDD Macrium Reflect wouldn't let me save anything due to this .. "" Corrupted MFT ""

Thank you again sir for being responsive even to this kind of 'hopeless' threads
