MG279Q monitor calibration

I recently received my new gaming monitor, he mg279q. It is a 144hz Ips 27” panel. It arrived with minimal backlight bleed and I’m overall happy with it. However, I found it hard to calibrate it. The contrast mode and scenery mode produce vivid colours and sharp images however the contrast is pretty messed up. Currently, im using the racing mode along with an icc profile from tftcentral but the colours look a little washed out and blurry since i cant change the sharpness in this mode. Any idea how to fix this, maybe from other users?

If you don't get any better suggestions, perhaps register at TFTcentral and post in their forums. It's definitely their speciality.

You could just reset it by pressing the weird joystick thingy and scrolling through the settings, I'm pretty sure ASUS has implemented something that can solve your problem.
