MGS5:TTP pixelated hair - No AA options

Hey guys,

Booted up TPP for the first time today to find that all the hair and facial hair, as well as horse hair is very pixelated and seems to have like a sort of mesh effect over it. Anyone know any fixes for this at all, help help be greatly appreciated!

It makes hair/grass and foliage look like a ps2 game from 2005

im already running on max- should have added that
