Question Mhz drop on Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580 ?

Don't know why but my rx 580 mhz dropped from 1350 mhz stock to 1240 max. I used to overclock it to 1450 sometimes in harder to run games but recently it doesn't go above 1240, its stuck there or something even at 100% gpu usage. please help

GPU: Sapphire nitro+ rx 580 8gb
CPU: i3 10100f
RAM: Crucial 8gb
PSU: ATOM V450
