Hi, after several weeks looking for lot of information for my build and changing my mind everyday, I think that I'm going with this. But I would like to know your opinion. Is there something I can change to improve it?

I will use the PC for Internet, watching movies, editing photos and gaming. And about the monitor, is it worth buy a 1080p one with this configuration?

CPU: Intel Core i-5 4440 (143 €)
Motherboard: Asrock B85M Pro4 Motherboard (59 €)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (71 €)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (50 €)
Video Card: VTX3D R9 270 V2 X-Edition - 2 GB GDDR5 (150 €)
Case: Zalman Z9 (40 €)
Power Supply: Corsair VS550 (45 €)
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer (15 €)

Total: 571 €

Thanks for your help.

Never heard of VTX3D, maybe go with sapphire? For the RAM, go with crucial ballistix or G.skill ares/sniper series. You will get 1866 mhz ram from Gskill (8GB) for under €71 =).

Also, the B85M is the smaller version of the B85. Personally I would go with the B85.

CPU: The 3350p should work just as good. The main difference between the 4440 / 3350p is that the 3350p doesn't have an integrated GPU. You won't need one anyway (you have the 270), so why pay extra for it?
