Question MI PLACA BASE NO APAGA SE QUEDA ENCENDIDO LOS VENTILADORES Y LAS LUCES

Hola, primero tengo problemas en mi PC cuando conecto el cable de alimentación, solo se enciende, y se apaga el sistema normal, pero las luces y los ventiladores de la placa madre quedan encendidos, alguien me puede ayudar y agradecerte.
